  1.Q:What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?

  A:Usually 1 unit is acceptable.Prototype orders or small trial orders are also welcome.

  2.Q:Can you provide classification society certificates such as ABS,DNV,LR,CCS,etc.?

  A:Yes.We can design,test,and issue certificates according to the class society you require(ABS,DNV,LR,CCS,BV,KR,etc.).The certificate cost depends on the specific society and project.

  3.Q:What is the lead time?

  A:Standard models typically 8–12 weeks.Customized orders(special outreach,corrosion protection level,heave compensation,etc.)may require longer lead time.

  4.Q:Do you provide installation and commissioning services?How does it work for overseas customers?

  A:Yes.We can send engineers to your port or shipyard for on-site installation and commissioning guidance.Travel and labor costs are billed per day or included in the contract.Remote video guidance is also available.

  5.Q:What is the warranty period and what does it cover?

  A:12 months for the complete crane(from delivery or commissioning completion,whichever comes first).Coverage includes design,material,and manufacturing defects.Wear parts(wire ropes,seals,filters,etc.)are not covered.

  6.Q:Can you guarantee long-term availability of spare parts?

  A:Yes.We maintain spare parts supply for at least 10 years for all crane models.Common parts can be shipped immediately from our regional warehouses.

  7.Q:What payment terms do you accept?

  A:Typically T/T.For first-time cooperation,we suggest 30%deposit and 70%balance before shipment or against B/L.DDP is negotiable for certain regions.

  8.Q:Is the crane suitable for extremely cold or hot sea conditions?

  A:Yes.We offer wide-temperature configurations with operating range-20°C to+50°C(optional-40°C to+60°C for polar/tropical versions).Heating and cooling for hydraulic oil and electrical components are available.

  9.Q:What are the maximum lifting moment and outreach combinations?

  A:Our standard range covers 5 tm to 5000 tm,with outreach from 5 m up to 50+m.We can provide a customized selection table based on your vessel type,cargo weight,and working radius.

  10.Q:Can you provide references or previous vessel owner case studies?

  A:Yes.We have many delivery records including bulk carriers,tankers,workboats,wind farm installation vessels,etc.Upon signing an NDA,we can share a partial customer list and project summaries.

  11.Q:Is the control system remote-ready?Is anti-sway available?

  A:Three control modes are available:cabin,wired remote,and wireless remote.Mechanical/hydraulic anti-sway is standard.Electronic active anti-sway or heave compensation modules are optional for high-end versions.

  12.Q:How do you provide technical support in case of failure?

  A:We offer 24/7 online support(WeChat,WhatsApp,email,phone).For on-site service,engineers can be dispatched within 72 hours to major port cities worldwide.
