Several points that should be paid attention to before and after the use of spider cranes
　　(1) When the spider crane needs to lift a heavy object lower than the plane where the crane is located or the falling hook needs to relax the wire rope, the amount of rope left on the drum shall not be less than 3 turns, and when the rope is completely relaxed, appropriate resistance should be applied to ensure the correct winding of the rope;

(2) When the spider crane extends its arm, pay attention to the cordon on the arm, and it is forbidden to operate within the red line;

(3) If the lifting or telescopic arm is found, the wire rope on the drum should be suspended, first relax the chaotic part, and then use external force to tighten the wire rope to make the drum rotate and rewind;

(4) The wire rope should be replaced in time when it is loose, deformed and seriously broken;

(5) The spider crane operates continuously, and the hydraulic oil temperature shall not exceed 70 degrees, otherwise it should be stopped for cooling;

(6) Always pay attention to whether the components of each mechanism are normal, eliminate faults in time, and strictly prohibit operation when there is a fault;

(7) The spider crane should tighten the legs before driving, and insert the lock pin, and pay attention to check whether the legs are loose when traveling long distances or crossing bumpy roads;

(8) When stopping work or resting, it is not allowed to stagnate the hanging object in the air, and the boom without the hanging object should be retracted, and the boom should be placed directly in front of the spider crane;

(9) Spider crane drivers must undergo training and assessment. Licensed operation, prohibit unlicensed driver operation, prohibit overload operation!
